In order to return an item, you must email Heart & Stone Designs at [email protected] with "Refund Request" in subject or fill out form on the Refund Request page (http://heartandstone.webs.com/refundrequest.htm). If you email us, the email must include the item number and the date you received the item. This request must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Once your refund request is approved you may ship the item back. You will be refunded the purchase price only once the item is received. The original shipping fees will not be refunded.
If you receive a damaged pair of earrings please go to the Refund Request page. Check item damaged and let us know if you want us to fix the item. If you wish the earrings to be fixed, ship them to us and we will ship them back to you at no charge. If your earrings become damaged within 30 days notify us via the Refund Request page (http://heartandstone.webs.com/refundrequest.htm)and we will fix them free of charge to you. If they are not able to be fixed, or recreated we will notify you via email and give you the choice of a refund or choose another pair for free of equal or lessor value. Please remember our earrings are one of a kind pieces and will only be duplicated for original owner.
